Notice of Sale of Real Property

The Board of Trustees of the Austin Independent School District (“AISD”) hereby gives notice that AISD will accept sealed written proposals for the purchase of the surface only of approximately 9.68 acres of land, with improvements, located at 3001 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78704, in Travis County, Texas. The Property is offered AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS, without warranty except as to title in the deed. Proposals must be for purchase of the entire Property.
