Additional Employee Support for COVID-19
We recognize the increased need to support our employees during these difficult and unchartered times. We immediately worked with our partners to expand our telehealth options to include visits for behavioral health and allow our employees to obtain the care they need from the safety and comfort of their own homes.
Our comprehensive employee assistance program (EAP), available to ALL staff, provides up to four (4) no cost sessions to our employees and their household members for financial resources, work-life solutions, grief counseling, and more.
Lastly, we launched a Mental Health Toolkit, available on the AISD Portal, to facilitate navigation of available employee assistance resources. It also provides campus-based administrators easy access to support aids, resources, and protocols.
As a reminder, VIDA clinic is a part of AISD's EAP and health insurance. Employees who have established relationships with their VIDA clinic provider and wish to continue care may do so.
