Commitment and Purpose
The Service Center Staff takes responsive action to resolve immediate issues, and follows up to ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Center contributes to student success through maintaining the learning environment. Our staff supports campus administration by ensuring that we do our best to take care of facility, maintenance, and custodial services so they can stay focused on student achievement. Our purpose is to manage requests, develop the appropriate course of action and then implement the action plan with a timeline to resolve the issue.

Louis has experience in business operations with a diverse technical background in equipment maintenance, building maintenance, supervision, purchasing, procurement and budgeting. Previously, he worked in the semiconductor industry for 25 years where he gained knowledge in areas such as manufacturing, equipment maintenance, supervision, as well as purchasing and procurement of maintenance parts for sites globally, developing long term service strategies and contracts with major suppliers before retiring as regional sourcing manager for Toppan Photomasks, which is located in Round Rock, Texas.Email
