Overview
Clayton Elementary is located in the Circle C neighborhood of southwest Austin. The school was named after Nan Clayton, a community leader and former AISD Board President. The school’s faculty and staff strives to provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment that encourages teamwork, cooperation, and instills an appreciation of diversity. We believe that literacy, independent thinking and problem solving are all essential building blocks to becoming responsible individuals. Clayton also proudly sponsors afterschool clubs and special activities throughout the school year.
