Austin ISD Central Facilities Media Request Form

It is the goal of the AISD Athletic Department to provide the media with comprehensive, hospitable services during athletic events. We understand the difficulty of covering these games, and we appreciate the positive publicity our schools and student athletes receive as a result of your work.

General Information:

• All media requests must be submitted to the AISD Athletic Office 48 hours prior to the event.
• Request does not guarantee press box, field, or court access.
• Request will be verified and approved or denied by the AISD Athletic Department.
• Applicants will receive a formal email with AISD decision.
• All individuals granted access will be required to check in at the facility's front gate. Once checked in, you will receive a credential to be allowed access to the designated press areas.
• Camera equipment must be approved and marked with a bag check.
• Scouting identification and organization's credentials will be verified at the front gate upon arrival.
