Final Q&A Session for Single-Gender Academies
The Gus Garcia Young Men’s Leadership Academy and Bertha Sadler Means Young Women’s Leadership Academy will hold a final question-and-answer session from 7–8 p.m. June 16 in the Pecan Springs Elementary cafeteria.Principals Sterlin McGruder and Ivette Savina will be available to answer questions about enrollment, uniforms, school athletics, curriculum and more.

For students who are learning English, AISD provides dual language, transitional bilingual and ESL (English as a Second Language) programs.
