RediMD—A Convenient Way to See a Doctor

Austin ISD's telemedicine program makes scheduling and seeing a doctor more convenient for our employees. A telemedicine program means employees receive quality medical care services with live, face-to-face diagnosis and treatment. Employees can see and speak with a medical professional through their computer, tablet, smartphone or over the phone without having to travel to a doctor's office. Employees may create a free account online at https://clients.redimd.com/.

RediMD is free, with no co-pay for Austin ISD staff with the Seton Only and Open Access health insurance plans. AISD staff with the HSA will be billed $50 and can pay with their Health Savings Account card. RediMD is also available for any dependents on an AISD employee's plan.

Same-day appointments are available so employees have faster, more convenient access to care. RediMD treats most primary care ailments, including:
