Austin ISD Strategic Plan 2025–29

Austin ISD Strategic Plan

Strategic planning is one of the tools Austin ISD uses to provide the district with focus and direction.

It consists of the following elements: Scorecard Goals, Constraints & Progress Measures, Scorecard Monitoring Reports and Regulatory Appendices.

The AISD Board of Trustees is responsible for providing high-level strategic direction for the outcomes of scorecard's reporting of goals, constraints and progress measure.

2025-2029 Goal, Constraints & Progress Measures

Goals and Scorecard: The district’s scorecard provides a tool to assess progress. It includes indicators, targets and actual data. The scorecard is created collaboratively between the board and the Superintendent. The board approved a new five year scorecard and final targets during the August Regular Voting Meeting.
