LGBTQ+ Definitions & Resources

If you feel that you or a friend are being harassed or bullied, tell someone! Campus administrators are required to investigate allegations of bullying immediately. Please see your counselor, assistant principal, teacher, school resource officer or other trusted adult for assistance.

This page provides online resources for families to learn about bullying, cyberbullying, dating abuse, sexual harassment, drug use and hazing. If you believe that your child has been subject to harassment, please report the incident immediately to your child's principal, assistant principal, counselor or school resource officer.

Finance Reports for Elected Trustees

In accordance with Chapter 254 of the Election Code, listed below are campaign finance reports filed by members of the Board of Trustees with the Austin Independent School District. These reports were filed pursuant to campaign finance law in Title 15 of the Texas Election Code, which regulates the acceptance of, expenditure of, and reports regarding money in political campaigns by candidates, officeholders, and political committees.

Meal Applications

We encourage families with students enrolled in the schools listed below to complete a free or reduced-price meal application. 

Elementary Schools: Baldwin, Baranoff, Barton Hills, Bear Creek, Becker, Brentwood, Bryker Woods, Casis, Clayton, Cowan, Davis, Doss, Gullett, Highland Park, Hill, Kiker, Lee, Maplewood, Mathews, Mills, Patton, Reilly, Ridgetop, Summit, Sunset Valley, Zilker 

Middle Schools: Bailey, Gorzycki, Kealing, Lamar, Murchison, O. Henry, Small

Sustainability offers countless opportunities to enhance learning and student leadership, improve staff and student well-being, reduce a building’s negative impact on the environment, reduce operational costs for AISD, and more. Check out the many ways to get involved!

Meal Programs

AISD provides breakfast and lunch daily at all schools, as well as after-school and summer meals at many eligible campuses. AISD provides free breakfast and lunch for all students at many schools through the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program. Students at schools not eligible for the CEP program dine at school using their meal status–free, reduced-price, or paid.
