In Austin ISD, parents are able to access all of their student's educational information in one place: the Parent Portal!

 

The most frequently used applications by parents are:

 

1. Parent Self-Serve

This application allows parents to access their student's attendance and grade records. To learn more, please visit Parent Self-Serve.

 

2. Student Registration

Enroll Austin allows families to register their student. Families can either select the Enroll Austin tile (see below) or search for "Enroll Austin" in the Parent Portal dashboard. For more registration information, please visit Student Enrollment.

3. School Messenger

School Messenger is the district's communication tool. Families can set their preferred modes of district communication in the Parent Portal. Learn more about School Messenger.

 

4. BLEND

BLEND allows families to support student learning by providing a view of assignments, due dates, communication with instructors and more.  BLEND is built upon the Canvas Learning Management System and offers a secure point of access for blended learning. How Do I Access the Parent Portal?

Families can go to portal.austinisd.org to access the Parent Portal. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, you can create one online. The Parent Portal serves as the primary resource for all of the services provided online to our families. The portal gives families direct access to their child's classroom information, registration for your child's campus, district-wide information and links to other often used services.
