Austin ISD, Dallas Cowboys kick-off 2026 Girls Flag Football Season (en español)
The 2026 Austin ISD High School Girls Flag Football League kicked off its season March 28. This is the second year the Dallas Cowboys are partnering with Central Texas school districts to support Girls Flag Football leagues.
Austin ISD sees 7% jump in postsecondary readiness market since 2022 (En español)
New scorecard reporting data shows more than 50% of 11th and 12th grade students in 2024-25 were successful in a college credit course, a nearly 7 percent jump from 2022. This increase, which is expected to rise further by the end of the year, is the result of multi-year efforts to increase college, career and military readiness for students, ensuring graduates are ready for life after Austin ISD.
