Will all children (vaccinated or not) have mask choice next year without restrictions such as distancing or plexiglass? Answer: Restrictions such as distancing and plexiglass will depend on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Austin Public Health at that time. We’ll communicate with our families about those procedures and any changes over the summer.

State Testing (STAAR) Texas’ student assessment program (STAAR) is designed to measure the extent to which a student has learned and is able to apply the defined knowledge and skills at each tested grade or course level.
AISD Closed for Memorial Day Holiday
The Austin Independent School District will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday Monday, May 28.All AISD offices and schools will be closed.
