We have a free COVID-19 (Pfizer) vaccine opportunity available for our AISD Community, all family members included, 5 years of age and older. This opportunity is being hosted by Travis County Vaccine Collaborative. Walk-ins welcome, no insurance required.

AISD Closed July 6-10 for Summer Break
Offices, meal service will resume July 13 Austin ISD will be closed for one week, July 6-10, for its annual summer break. All AISD offices and schools will be closed during this period. All AISD meal sites will also be closed during the weeklong break. The district will resume regular business hours, including summer meal service, Monday, July 13.
Free COVID testing for students and staff (En Español)
Students and staff now get a free rapid antigen test for any reason at 11 sites across Austin ISD.
AISD Pride Week 2022
Every year, to celebrate LGBTQIA+ students, staff and families Austin ISD hosts its own Pride Week, a time to highlight the district's commitment to creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment. School Health Advisory Council Meeting
The AISD School Health Advisory Council meets on the first Wednesday of every month, with the exception of July and August, from 6:30–8 p.m. Meetings will be held in a training room at the new AISD Headquarters located at 4000 S. IH-35 Frontage Road, 78704 unless otherwise noted. Membership to the SHAC is by annual school board appointment. Meetings are open to all interested persons.
