Andrew Garza

Last year Andrew earned his Medical Assisting certification. This year he completed his fall internship at Austin Weight Loss where he utilized his skills performing EKG's, drawing blood, and giving injections. This semester he is interning at Advanced Pain and again is very much hands on. Both of his sites have been highly impressed by his work ethic and knowledge base. Advanced Pain has already offered Andrew a job! Andrew will be testing this semester for his EKG technician certification. He will be leaving Akins with an extremely desirable resume! If you see him around, please give him a fist bump as he has been an excellent example of how to represent Akins ECHS!!!
