Campus Website Edit Request Form

Please use the form below to let our Web Services Team know about updates or additions that you would like to make to your campus pages. 

Types of updates include:

  • new user account setup (E#, email address is required)
  • website editing training
  • menu structure changes and link updates
  • new page creation
  • form setup
  • home page changes to the new template: statistic highlight carousel, 6-image grid, quick links bar, quote section, footer, and social media connections
  • home page changes to the old template: 3-header image spotlight and social media connections
  • website function issues

Requests will be handled in the order in which they're received, but please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your new or revised content to appear on your page(s).

Website Author Group Trainings

Web author one-hour group web author trainings are available Mon./Fri. or Tues./Thurs. from 9:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Morning sessions are for the old template and afternoon sessions are on the new template. If you aren't sure which template your website uses, view the example site pdfs below.
