All AISD offices and schools will be closed during this period.
Regular business hours resume Monday, Jan. 4, 2016, for staff. Students return to classes on Tuesday, Jan. 5.

The Austin ISD Board of Trustees appointed the Facilities and Bond Planning Advisory Committee to evaluate the district's capital improvement needs and to provide recommendations on long-range facilities planning, amendments to the Facility Master Plan and the scope of work and timing of future bond programs.

2016 Youth Art Month Districtwide Art Show

Austin ISD PAC (1500 Barbara Jordan Blvd.)
To celebrate Youth Art Month 2016, more than 1,500 works of art representing 113 elementary, middle and high schools will be displayed at the Austin ISD Performing Arts Center, 1500 Barbara Jordan Blvd.
Parents, students, teachers and art lovers are invited to this annual exhibit. Painting, drawing, printmaking, mixed media, sculpture, collage, weaving, ceramics, photography, jewelry and electronic media will be on display. Parking is free at the Austin ISD Performing Arts Center parking garage.
