The Crockett High School yearbook staff, and adviser Donna Woodard have been honored for accomplishments in yearbook design and coverage by Balfour Yearbooks. Austin builders have raised $10,000 to help pay off the lunch debts of Austin ISD students. This effort by the Austin Infill Coalition was spearheaded by Ed Ishmael—a local lawyer and developer who builds houses on Austin’s east side.

Bedichek Junior Marines Earn Three National Titles
Austin, TX—After competing in their first National Middle School Drill Championship in Dallas, 25 students in Bedichek Middle School's Junior Marines Leadership Program won three national titles in Unarmed Color Guard, Armed Drill and Overall Color Guard.
