Crockett Students On Track to Race into STEM-related Careers
Crockett High School students will get the chance to talk to auto racing professionals about real-world applications of science, technology, engineering and math used in Mazda Motorsports and the automobile industry.Who: Joel Miller, Mazda Motorsports factory race car driver and mechanical engineer.

AISD's 'Two-Way' Dual Language Schools Expand to Six
The Austin School District has expanded — from four to six — the number of elementary schools that will offer its “Two-Way” Dual Language program beginning in Fall 2011. Sunset Valley and Travis Heights elementary schools will join Becker, Ridgetop, Perez, and Wooten elementaries in offering the program for students in Pre-Kindergarten through first grade.
