Dear AISD Community,Tomorrow, communities throughout the country will commemorate the one-year anniversary of the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School. Earlier this week, community members in Newtown, Conn. launched an online memorial, which features a simple and poignant design: a heart created from the first names of the 26 victims.

Back-to-School Shots and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
Reminder: Families can receive their Back-to-School shots and COVID-19 immunization this Saturday, Aug. 7 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the PAC. We are offering all the shots required by law to attend school as well as the COVID-19 vaccine. This opportunity is being hosted by VAX Together Austin and Walgreens. No appointment required!
