AISD Day Camps
En Español We’ve worked with district partners to offer day camps at six locations across Austin ISD for Friday, March 4. There will be no school that day as the district marked it as one of two days for staff and students to get a break. Boys and Girls Club of Austin Location: “Home Club” at 6648 Ed Bluestein Blvd. Ages: 6–18 Times: 7 a.m.–5 p.m.

Northeast Elementary School to Receive $25 Million Investment
Norman Elementary School is among the first of 17 campuses across the district where construction will begin as part of the 2017 bond.Projects within the bond will support the district’s vision to reinvent public education by creating 21st century learning spaces which include bright, collaborative spaces, state-of-the-art technology, outdoor classrooms and community spaces.

The website of the Austin School District has been honored with a “Sunny Award” by editors of the Sunshine Review, a non-profit organization that promotes state and local government transparency.
