Youth Art Month Student Exhibition Recap: More Than 2,000 Works Displayed
More than 2,000 students representing 113 campuses exhibited artwork to the community during the annual Youth Art Month exhibition. Voters Approve District's $1.05 Billion Bond Package
Travis County voters overwhelmingly approved the district's $1.05 billion bond proposal, which includes 16 new or modernized campuses and 21st-century learning spaces for students throughout the district.According to unofficial results from the Travis County Clerk's office, 72.06 percent of voters cast their ballots in favor of the proposition.
AISD Closed for Labor Day
AUSTIN, Texas—The Austin Independent School District will be closed for the Labor Day holiday, Monday, Sept. 1.All AISD offices and schools will be closed during this period.
