AISD Makes the Choice a Little Easier
As part of Austin ISD’s National School Choice Week celebration, Superintendent Paul Cruz announced that Austin ISD will offer transportation to Gus Garcia Young Men’s Leadership Academy districtwide, starting next school year. Districtwide transportation will allow more young men in sixth- through eighth-grade who wish to go to an all-boys school the opportunity to do so.

We serve families before they start school! ParentChild+ Home Visiting, along with the Austin ISD Early Learning Department, delivers responsive and engaging quality early education to AISD’s youngest learners and their caregivers. Austin ISD ParentChild+ Home Visiting promotes and supports early literacy and fosters positive parent-child interactions.
