Ann Richards School for Young Women won its first state championship in a UIL competition.Ann Richards student Brooke Brogan won the UIL State Champion in division 2 for her short film, “The Garden,” in the traditional animation category. Facilities and Bond Planning Advisory Committee (FABPAC) Meeting
