The free Destination…Life Transition Conference helps Central Texas families prepare and support their student(s) with disabilities for life beyond high school. Families can expect to gather information and gain access to experts on how to help their student(s) with disabilities, ranging from early childhood through high school, to successfully transition to adulthood.

We’re transitioning from Let’s Talk to AISD Help this summer (En español)
To streamline systems and respond to budget constraints, Austin ISD is sunsetting Let’s Talk on June 30. What’s next: We will be transitioning to AISD Help for general questions and concerns, and to Speak Up — a Gaggle product — for anonymous reporting. Both AISD Help and Speak Up come at no additional cost to the district as they are tools already used in other capacities.
AISD to Provide Free Meals for All Students at 76 Schools (En español)
For the 2025–26 school year, Austin ISD will offer free breakfast and lunch to all students at 76 campuses through the federally funded Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program (schools are listed below). The CEP is a federal meal service option that allows schools in qualifying low-income areas to serve free meals to all enrolled students, no applications or documentation required.
