Senior Success Story: Antonio Lopéz-Ramirez (en español)
Navarro Early College High School student Antonio Lopez-Ramirez spent the last four years integrating into the school community by exploring his interest in football, wrestling and robotics. While Antonio stopped pursuing sports in his junior year, his passion for robotics and computer science has grown stronger through the P-TECH program.
Austin ISD Moves Forward with 1882 Partnership for Burnet, Dobie and Webb middle schools (en español)
The Austin ISD Board of Trustees has voted unanimously to move forward with a new partnership aimed at supporting Burnet, Dobie and Webb middle schools. The district will enter into a three-year partnership with the non-profit Texas Council for International Studies (TCIS) to help turn the three schools around and achieve acceptable accountability.

Austin ISD to Provide Free, Healthy Meals for Kids This Summer (en español)
This summer, Austin ISD is helping local families keep their kids healthy and energized by offering free summer meals at more than 30 schools. All children 18 and under, plus enrolled students with disabilities up to age 21, are eligible to receive nutritious breakfasts and lunches at no cost.
