Meetings Regular meetings of the Long-range Planning Committees are open to the public. Meetings are held jointly and planning committees convene separately in breakout groups. Public comments are heard at the beginning of each regular meeting.
Pre-K and Kinder registrations spike for the 2022-23 school year (En español)
In another sign that the pandemic is waning, registrations for Austin ISD pre-K and kindergarten have already doubled what they were last spring. Why it matters: The district saw the largest decrease in enrollment among pre-K and kindergarten through the pandemic, and this accounted for a large portion of the district failing to meet enrollment expectations.
