AISD Encourages War Veterans to Apply for Belated Diplomas
AUSTIN, Texas—Austin ISD awards belated high school diplomas to war veterans who have served their country in the armed forces without finishing high school. Veterans who are eligible have served in World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Persian Gulf War, Iraq War, War in Afghanistan or any other formally declared war by the U.S.
