IDEA Allan On-Track to Open in August
Austin, TX—IDEA Allan, Austin ISD's new, in-district charter school, is on-track to meet its enrollment goals after completing its first phase of enrollment, which ends today. In addition, enrollment at two of the district's area elementary schools, Govalle and Ortega, will increase for the 2012-13 school year.

U.S. Air Force Band of the West Concert at Lanier
Dimensions in Blue, the jazz ensemble from the United States Air Force Band of the West, will be presenting a free concert March 19 at 7p.m. in the Lanier High School Theater, 1201 Payton Gin Rd. The concert is free and open to the public.
