Annual Consultation for Private/Non-Profit Schools
The Annual Consultation for Private/Non-Profit Schools is required by AISD as they prepare the Every Student Success Act (ESSA) federal grant for Title and Special Education funds for the 2018–19 school year. Last year, the Austin Independent School District (AISD) launched an attendance campaign called “Every Day Counts,” to encourage students to be in class all day, every day. Our students can’t learn if they are not in class, and repeated absences can add up to years of lost instruction.
