Through June 28, families can come to Austin ISD enrollment clinics for support and resources to get their child registered for the 2021-22 school year. Additional enrollment opportunities will be announced in the coming weeks.
Families can come to any one of the more than 50 districtwide enrollment clinics to get help in enrolling their child for any campus or any grade. The clinics are scheduled at locations in north, central and south Austin and include morning, afternoon or evening hours.
“Support and learning never stops at Austin ISD,” said Leonor Vargas, administrative supervisor of parent programs. “We are focused on creating opportunities for all families to enroll in our school communities and we’re here all summer ready to help get your child back into the classroom.”
In partnership with the Hispanic Austin Leadership and Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers organizations, families who need assistance during evening hours can come to the two extended hour clinics, which run until 8 p.m., on June 15 at Metz-Sanchez Elementary School and June 23 at Bedichek Middle School.
A specialized clinic focused on Early Childhood Education will be hosted on June 15 at Uphaus Early Childhood Center. This clinic will have Early Childhood Education staff on-site so that families can learn more about Austin ISD’s early learning opportunities.
The clinics are part of Operation Reconnect, Austin ISD’s comprehensive efforts to welcome back students and families to the 2021-2022 school year.

Centros de matriculación cerca de ustedes
Hasta el 28 de junio, las familias pueden venir a los centros de matriculación del Austin ISD para obtener ayuda y recursos para inscribir a sus niños para el ciclo escolar 2021-22. Se anunciarán otras oportunidades de matriculación en las próximas semanas.
Las familias pueden venir a cualquiera de los más de 50 centros de matriculación en todo el distrito para obtener ayuda para matricular a sus hijos en cualquier escuela o cualquier grado. Los centros estarán en lugares al norte, centro y sur de Austin e incluyen horarios en la mañana, la tarde y la noche.
Las familias que necesitan ayuda durante las horas de la noche pueden venir a los dos centros con horarios extendidos, que operan hasta las 8 p.m., el 15 de junio en la Escuela Primaria Metz-Sánchez y el 23 de junio en la Escuela Secundaria Bedichek.
