Good Stewardship: Repurposing Sims
Austin ISD invites you to a Community Conversations meeting to discuss the future of the former Sims Elementary campus and participate in an in-person tour of the facility! Engage with local organizations and thought leaders as we work together to create a vision for this space.

Talking to Your Children About School Safety (En Español)
Dear Austin ISD community,
Today we hosted a regional press conference with neighboring school districts and local authorities to call attention to our shared commitment to school safety. Everyone in our community has a role in keeping our schools safe and we are asking for your support.
Assistance League of Austin donates $30K to reduce lunch debt (En español)
To mark the organization’s 50th anniversary, the Assistance League of Austin visited Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders Sept. 13 to present the grant that will help provide healthy meals to students, regardless of account balances.
