Today’s story is "The War of 1812." A generation after the revolution, Americans were once again plunged into war with Great Britain. Why? Join Henry Clay, Tecumseh, Andrew Jackson, James Madison and others as they struggle to determine what course the Unites States will take.

Today’s story is "The Amazing Trade Shop Math Race." Colonial Williamsburg's tradespeople help two teams of students in a race against the clock to help the Continental Army. Quirky "Professor Eddie" highlights how students use their math skills to make shirts, bread, cartridge boxes and more.

Today’s story is "The Freedom Quest of Oney Judge." How did a young woman escape slavery and evade the most powerful man in the nation? Learn about the dangers Oney Judge faced when she left her life as the enslaved servant of George and Martha Washington. Oney's quest was threatened by her former owners, the law and poverty. How was she able to live as a free woman?

AISD-TV is proud to partner with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation to present stories from history to classrooms and communities throughout Austin and the world.

Today’s story is “The Balance of Power.” Presidents, members of Congress  and Supreme Court justices from the past two centuries compete in a baseball game unlike any you have ever seen. Discover how the rules laid out in the U.S. Constitution preserve the balance of power among the three branches of the U.S. government: the executive, legislative and judicial.

Spaghetti Fest 2015

Join AISD culinary students for the annual Spaghetti Fest to support Clifton Career Development School, where students who receive special education services embark on their careers by earning on-the-job training and professional certifications.

The school focuses on career and technical education, which is designed to ensure graduates are ready to enter the workforce and college, while living as independently as possible.

LBJ Early College High School Selected as One of 20 Schools Nationwide to Collaborate in AT&T-DECA Project

LBJ Early College High School was selected by AT&T as a collaborator in its partnership with Distributive Education Clubs of America.

The collaboration is part of AT&T’s efforts to help students connect what they learn in class to future careers, which aligns with the DECA mission to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.

Please join us for concerts, games, a spectacular haunted house, a kid-friendly fun house, music—and food, food, food! 

Admission and the concerts are free. Prices vary for the carnival games and food.
