Join AISD culinary students for the annual Spaghetti Fest to support Clifton Career Development School, where students who receive special education services embark on their careers by earning on-the-job training and professional certifications.

The school focuses on career and technical education, which is designed to ensure graduates are ready to enter the workforce and college, while living as independently as possible.

In addition to culinary arts, Clifton offers courses in agricultural mechanics (also known as welding), animal science, child care, health sciences, horticulture and hospitality. All students take industry-standard certification exams to ensure they are ready to embark on their careers.
