AISD Hosts July Enrollment Clinics for Current and Future Families (En español)
Through July 22, current and future families can come to Austin ISD enrollment clinics to get help registering for the 2021-22 school year. Students can get registered at any location or any grade at the enrollment clinics. The clinics are scheduled at locations in north and south Austin and include morning, afternoon or evening hours.
Calendar Task Force Meeting
This meeting is virtual. The AISD Calendar Task Force is charged with developing and recommending an instructionally sound calendar for the 2020-2021 school year that focuses on the District’s academic mission and Strategic Plan. Austin ISD to expand solar panel program with $15M federal grant (En español)
The U.S. The Department of Energy has selected Austin ISD as one of the first school districts in Texas to receive a federal grant from the Renew America’s Schools Grant program. How it started: The Department of Energy first announced that Austin ISD was a recipient in June 2023 and in May 2024, Austin ISD received the final confirmation of the awards.
