Community Bond Oversight Committee Meeting

Global Possibilities: Annual Central Texas Dyslexia Conference to be Held Virtually
The Central Texas Dyslexia Conference, hosted by Austin ISD, will be held virtually as a two-week event beginning Sept. 18 to support families, educators and individuals with dyslexia.

Austin ISD to host Conversations with the District
Recordings of all of the community conversations with the district sessions > Austin ISD will host Conversations with the District, a series of community conversations as an opportunity to learn about the AISD 2020-25 Strategic Plan and the 2021-22 budget process with the district’s leadership team.
High School Late Start Day
What: Late starts provide the necessary time for on-going support for teachers, sharing of best practices, and built-in time for assessing the effectiveness of program implementation. 10:00 a.m. classes start at 10:15 a.m.
Austin ISD To Close Facilities To The Public
AISD will close its facilities and open spaces, including tennis courts, tracks, football fields, basketball courts and playfields, effective 7 p.m., April 9. This measure is in alignment with the city of Austin and Travis County's Stay at Home - Work Safe Order. We are committed to doing everything possible to ensure the health of its staff, students, families and the community at large.
