Austin ISD Will Serve Up Good Nutrition for Local Children This Summer
Bringing healthy summer meals to the Austin community ensures kids have a healthy vacation and return to school ready to learn. This summer, Austin ISD will serve anyone 18 years old and younger healthy meals at more than 50 campuses at no cost through the Summer Food Service Program. Kealing Teacher Attends Space Camp to Improve Science Teaching Skills
Kealing Middle School science teacher Logan Pearce recently returned from the Honeywell Educators @ Space Academy at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville, AL. Pearce was one of 250 educators from 27 countries and 47 states to receive a scholarship for the all-expense paid professional development program.
