Austin ISD Celebrates Grand Opening of the Modernized Murchison Middle School
Austin ISD and Murchison Middle School today celebrated the grand opening of the school’s new modernized campus, built as part of the 2017 Bond Program. Families and community members joined AISD and Murchison campus leadership this morning in a virtual event to honor the school’s new spaces.
Austin ISD's Highland Park Elementary School Scottie Shooters Place Fourth at National Competition
Highland Park Elementary School's archery team, the Scottie Shooters, recently placed fourth in the nation out of 190 teams in Louisville, KY on May 11-12. This is the school's third year going to nationals, this year with a team of 47 fifth-graders and five-fourth graders.
