Austin ISD Welcomes Realtors on Tour of South Austin Schools
Austin ISD welcomes dozens of Realtors Oct. 6 to a tour of three South Austin schools—Cunningham Elementary School, Covington Middle School and Crockett High School. The event will include highlights about each school and a tour from principals to showcase special programs and courses offered at each campus.
Ann Richards Stars Celebrate Graduation
The Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders community, staff, families and friends joined together June 15 to celebrate the 2020 graduating class through a virtual ceremony. Superintendent Paul Cruz congratulated the graduates of this year's class via a video statement. His remarks were followed by a speech from Principal Kristina Waugh.
Performing Arts Center Takes Center Stage in Saving Energy

ESA Digital Living Project Expands in AISD
The Entertainment Software Association and Austin ISD recently announced the expansion of the ESA Digital Living Project to include the Radius-STEM Readiness course.The course explores topics, such as careers in STEM, binary numbers and rational and irrational numbers.

AISD Hosts First District-Wide Employee Health Fair
Austin ISD employees and their families are invited to attend the district’s first Employee Health Fair on Saturday, Feb. 1, at Crockett High School, 5601 Manchaca Road.The fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will provide employees with the opportunity to meet with wellness vendors, enjoy activities, attend mini health seminars and win door prizes.
