Attendance Area Boundaries
Attendance Areas Austin ISD’s attendance areas (geographic boundaries) for elementary, middle and high schools determine which households are assigned to a particular school. Although students have a home school assignment, the district allows students to transfer to another campus, in accordance with the Student Transfer Policy.

Internet Connectivity
Wireless Access for Austin ISD students and staff All Staff and students must connect to the “education” wireless network. District owned devices will not be permitted to connect to the AISD-GUEST network. If this is attempted, the new system will direct the user to join the “education” network. AISD credentials cannot be used for registration on the guest network.

AISD Hosts First District-wide Employee Health Fair
AUSTIN, Texas—Austin ISD employees and their families are invited to attend the district’s first Employee Health Fair on Saturday, Feb. 1, at Crockett High School, 5601 Manchaca Road.The fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will provide employees with the opportunity to meet with wellness vendors, enjoy activities, attend mini-health seminars and win door prizes.
