Schools remain open on April 8 for solar eclipse (En Español)
We’re less than a month away from the total solar eclipse! This once-in-a-lifetime event will be a front row learning opportunity for our students and staff and we’re literally counting down the seconds until its here. Why it matters: We’re keeping schools open so we can embrace this historic moment and ensure all students have the opportunity to see the eclipse.
Campus Improvement Plans
Each school year the principal of each campus, with the assistance of the Campus Advisory Council, must develop, review and revise the Campus Improvement Plan (CIP). The purpose of this plan is to improve student performance on the state’s student achievement indicators for all student populations, as well as improve performance on any other performance measures for special needs populations.

New details show 85% of staff will get pay increase if voters approve Prop A (En Español)
