Marathon Kids and Austin ISD Launch Partnership for Physical Activity
Marathon Kids and AISD will be celebrating and kicking off a game-changing partnership to take youth exercise in Austin to the next level.Over the course of the year, all AISD elementary school students will be encouraged to run or walk the equivalent of four marathons, or 104.8 miles, during the first 10 minutes of Working out for Wellness time.

Garden to Café AISD is taking an important leadership role in the school garden movement by partnering with students, community members, teachers and administrators to develop a Garden to Café program that extends the lessons learned in the garden to the school café. AISD Students to Shed Light on Solutions for Watershed Pollution in Austin
