AISD to Serve Free Curbside Meals Monday, Feb. 22, Thursday, Feb. 25
Austin ISD will provide free meals for children and their caregivers at 25 schools from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 22. The following locations will be meal sites on Monday:
AISD to Provide Free Meals for All Students for 2021-22 School Year
When students step onto an Austin ISD campus in the 2021-22 school year, they can rest assured they’ll be able to get a healthy lunch at no cost. The United States Department of Agriculture announced on April 20 they are extending free meal benefits through June 2022, allowing Austin ISD to keep serving its free lunches.

Partnership That Helps Families and Restaurants to Continue Through December
A partnership that helps feed Austin ISD caregivers and support local restaurants will continue through December after the city of Austin voted to extend funding for the Caregiver Meal program.
