What is the Multilingual Education Advisory Committee? Austin ISD’s Multilingual Education Advisory Committee (MEAC) works to inform and advise the school district on matters related to students who are language learners. The committee has three specific functions:

Student Films Premiere During SXSWedu
Austin ISD hosts a special SXSWedu premiere of stories from students about how they are supported, challenged and encouraged to succeed.Student films—representing 17 AISD high schools—capture the richness and diversity of life in the district’s high schools. The films highlight the dedication of the teachers, coaches, families and community members who inspire students every day.

Campus Report Cards now Available
Two report cards about your campus are now available for you to review. They’re called the State of Texas 2020–21 School Report Card and the Federal Report Card. Why it matters: These report cards provide information about student performance on the STAAR test, as well as enrollment, class size averages, and financial expenditures.
