Students at Ann Richards School Embark on Three-Day College Visit Tour
On Wednesday, Nov. 28, 87 college-bound sophomores at the Ann Richards School for Young Women leaders will begin a three-day tour of out-of-state college campuses that aims to introduce the students to some of the post-secondary education opportunities outside of the Austin area.
Two AISD Students place in International Science and Engineering Final Competition
From calculating how stars orbit to finding a better way to kill mosquitos, two Austin ISD students recently demonstrated their scientific acumen on the national level. The students placed in their respective categories at the Regeneron International Science and Engineering finals on May 21.
