AISD After-school Activities Continue as Planned for Feb. 11
AUSTIN, Texas--Austin ISD has been monitoring the weather this afternoon and has determined that all after-school activities, including athletic events, will continue as planned today. The district continues to monitor weather and will provide updates as needed.
Can Parents Have Students Opt Out of STAAR?
No. Parents may not have students opt out of any testing. While AISD and others might be empathetic to some of their feelings, by law there is no "opt out" for students.
