Each January, Austin ISD keeps its tradition of celebrating the memorable life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by hosting an event in his honor. Superintendent Embarks on First-Day Tour

To celebrate the first day of school, AISD Superintendent Dr. Stephanie S. Elizalde went on a tour of campuses both virtually and in person, introducing herself to students and their teachers as they begin their new school year. The visit allows students and their teachers to meet their superintendent, ask questions, explore classrooms and see outdoor learning spaces. 

Operation Reconnect: Austin ISD Hosts Districtwide Enrollment Clinics

Through June 28, families can come to Austin ISD enrollment clinics for support and resources to get their child registered for the 2021-22 school year.
