Board Honors Staff, Volunteers Recognized at Salute
At its regular meeting Monday night, the Austin ISD Board of Trustees honored the winners of this year's Salute event. CTE Spotlight: Blessing Okotie wants to make us well
Blessing Okotie’s goal is to pursue a career in which she can help her community. To achieve that goal she made the decision not to wait until she graduated from high school. Okotie is a senior at Navarro Early College High School, where she is working toward two certifications under the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. One of those programs is Health Science.
