Austin ISD Superintendent Paul Cruz, Ph.D., will host a media availability this morning to discuss his intended resignation.

Yesterday, Cruz sent a letter to the AISD community announcing his intentions to resign. After serving as superintendent of schools for six years, he has accepted a position at the University of Texas at Austin.
