Austin ISD Principal honored as one of Texas A&M 2019 Dean's Roundtable of Transformational Leaders

Kenisha Coburn The Austin Independent School District is pleased to announce that the Kealing Middle School Principal Kenisha Coburn has been honored as one of 33 transformational leaders for the Texas A&M Dean’s Roundtable.

For the past 28 years, Texas A&M College of Education and Human Development provides a unique opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate educators across the state. Since 1991, more than 600 individuals have been honored for their dedicated leadership and service to our communities.

The honorees will be recognized on Friday, April 26 at an event on A&M campus. This event also supports scholarships, programs and college initiatives with more than $450,000 raised since its inception.

The 2019 Dean’s Roundtable honorees include superintendents, administrators, classroom teachers, professors and those professionals who have devoted their careers to helping others. The College of Education and Human Development is committed to enhancing education and health outcomes for all.
