Texas Parent to Parent’s Pathways to Adulthood training will provide families and professionals with tools to plan for a young adult’s life after high school. Open to Austin ISD families whose children have a disability, chronic illness, mental health condition, or other special healthcare needs—as well as the professionals who support them.
